South Waterfront Advisory Board MembersThe South Waterfront Advisory Board was formed by Knoxville's Community Development Corporation (KCDC) as required by the adopted Knoxville South Waterfront Redevelopment & Urban Renewal Plan. The members serve as an advisory board to the KCDC Board of Directors, and will address neighborhood issues within the South Waterfront Redevelopment District including, but not limited to, dilapidated structures, code enforcement, property & building codes, brownfields clean-up, and homeownership assistance programs. Advisory Board meetings are chaired by Craig Griffith, KCDC Board Chairman, and are held on the last Thursday of each month.
