Per City ordinance, all garbage must be in cans with lids. Up to four 32-gallon cans will be collected from each household. Garbage cans must be set out no earlier than 6 p.m. on the day before or no later than 7 am on the day of collection. They must be retrieved no later than 9 p.m. on collection day.
