WELCOME TO THE CITY OF KNOXVILLE'S NEW WEB SITE!
If you still cannot locate the info you are looking for or have questions about our new site, please contact the webmaster.
The site not only has a new look, but new and updated content in an easy-to-access format.
Some of the new features include:

  • Links on the left side of each page to the most commonly requested information.
  • Telephone numbers on nearly every page just in case you need to reach us for more information.
  • A new special events calendar for things to do and see in Knoxville.
  • Special newcomers section with links to banks, hospitals, colleges, schools, and more!
  • Parks and greenways listings are coded by location and will soon include maps

    The new "site tools" provides users with tools to make your search easier and more productive including easier including: language translations, the ability to change the font size, directions, maps.

    You also probably noticed the change in our navigation. For ease of use, our site is now divided into six main areas: City Hall, City Employment, Online Services, Business, Residents, and Visitors.
  • City Hall - In the City Hall section you will find links and info about the Mayor, city government and departments.
