311. One Number. One Call.
Dial 3-1-1 to Access City Services
If your wireless or landline phone carrier cannot directly access the City's 3-1-1 Call Center, you can reach us by dialing
865-215-4311.

Solid Waste Office
Neighborhood Codes Enforcement
Abandoned vehicles
Dilapidated buildings
Dirty or overgrown lots
Illegal dumping
ILLEGAL DUMPING

How to report illegal dumping:

  • Call 3-1-1 or 865-215-4311, or the hotline at 865-215-2496 to remain anonymous.
  • Must be able to report:
  • Vehicle tag number
  • What was dumped
  • Where illegal dump is located

    Penalties for illegal dumping:

  • $50/day fine
  • Court costs
  • Abatement costs
