Directions: From I-40, Take the US-11E/US-25W/US-70 exit- EXIT 394. Turn LEFT onto ASHEVILLE HWY/US-11E E/US-25W S/US-70 E/TN-9 N. End at 5900 Asheville Hwy Knoxville, TN 37924-2705, US.

Milton Roberts Recreation Center is a large facility located off of Asheville Highway in East Knoxville (next to the Comcast building).

The center provides a large weight room, gymnasium, and large game/meeting room.

The facility is supplemented by Holston-Chilhowee Ballfields, which offers five baseball/softball fields, batting cages, a football field, and the one-mile paved Holston-Chilhowee Greenway.

The recreation center and park are adjacent to the Holston River and the Holston Chilhowee Neighborhood Pool.

The recreation center provides programs for all citizens, including the Summer Playground Program, the After School Program, cards, senior exercise, youth and adult basketball leagues, and much more.

RULES AND REGULATIONS IN CITY RECREATION CENTERS:

The following are prohibited in city recreation centers:

1) Possession of firearms and weapons
2) Possession of drugs, alcohol, or any elicit substance
3) Smoking or use of tobacco products
4) Gambling
5) Use of profanity
6) Fighting
7) Dunking or hanging on rims of basketball goals
8) Pets
9) Only indoor court shoes allowed (ex: tennis shoes or non-marking soles)

Violation of these rules or any other rules set by individual centers may result in suspension from this center and others. Suspension terms will be set by each center.
