balloon toss and watermelon seed spitting contest.

Hoop Fit Exercise Class
Two consecutive 8 week classes

Laugh and have fun while whittling your waist,
strengthening your core and burning calories.
Students will use a 2lb. weighted fitness hoop
to increase core strength and exercise the
heart. Mat work targeting the abs and back will
top off this class along with basic stretching.
Hoops and yoga mats are provided. |
