Mayor's Office Listening Tour Schedule March 14, 2005 - Mayor Bill Haslam will host his monthly Listening Tour at Cumberland Estates Recreation Center, 4529 Silver Hill Drive, on Monday, March 14. The mayor will meet individually with residents beginning at 5 p.m. to hear their comments, suggestions and concerns about City services. "The Listening Tour is a convenient way for residents to let me know how city government is responding to their needs," Mayor Haslam said. "Our city services should be efficient and accountable, and the Listening Tour provides an opportunity for citizens to let me know how we're meeting those goals." In addition to speak with Mayor Haslam, residents will also have the opportunity to meet with city officials whose duties are directly related to police and fire protection, neighborhood codes enforcement, traffic engineering and other services.
