West Knoxville

Directions: From downtown Knoxville, take Kingston Pike headed west; turn left onto Northshore Drive at Western Plaza; park is approximately 2 miles on left at Lakeshore Institute.

A popular location to runners and walkers, Lakeshore Park provides spectacular vistas of Fort Loudoun Lake and the Smoky Mountains. Results from the City greenway laser counter project proved Lakeshore Greenway to be the most heavily used greenway in Knoxville.

The park also includes vast recreational opportunities with 6 baseball/softball fields with lights, a soccer field and open space.
