In order to obtain a Passport you must bring: A Certified Copy of your Birth Certificate (No photocopies are accepted) A valid Driver License or State Identification A Personal Check (or purchase a Money Order at the Post Office) Two official Passport Photos (can be taken at the Passport Office)
