KPD'S HALLOWEEN ON THE PLAZA
Halloween on the PlazaThe Knoxville Police Department (KPD) hosts a Halloween event each year to provide a safe alternative for families on Halloween.

The event was formerly known as Halloween in the City and was held at Safety City. Now the event is being held at Mary Costa Plaza at the Knoxville Coliseum and has been renamed to Halloween on the Plaza!

This year's Halloween event is

Monday, October 31, 2011
5 to 8 p.m.
Mary Costa Plaza at the Knoxville Coliseum
at 500 Howard Baker Jr. Avenue


  • More parking, better access, shorter lines

  • Bring your children for an evening of fun and goodies
