Employee Honored For Work to Help Reduce Crime
Knoxville Mayor Madeline Rogero and Police Chief David Rausch named Sandra Hicks the May Civilian Employee of the Month for the Knoxville Police Department. Ms. Hicks is a crime analyst and has been with the department since March 2006.
