The Plans Review and Inspections Division is proud to present a comprehensive digital plan submission and review process called KnoxPlans. KnoxPlans is a new and innovative process that places Knoxville at the forefront of the emerging nationwide technology standard in Plans Review.

KnoxPlans is intended to streamline the plans review process while saving you time and money. KnoxPlans allows you to submit online drawings and other plan documents for an online review thereby eliminating the need for expensive paper copies and costly trips downtown. Once your plans are uploaded, the plans reviewers will review them online and allow you to see the revisions as they are being made. The faster results will allow you more time to make corrections and will help keep your project moving along.

We encourage everyone to take advantage of this process, regardless of your projectís size or type. Please keep in mind that larger projects lead to larger savings with KnoxPlans.

KnoxPlans is live and operational today, so please start now and improve your bottom line immediately.
