You should complete an application For each position that you are interested in, you should complete an application and other required forms and return it no later than the posted deadline. NOTE: Some positions require that you submit a resume instead; this will be noted in the job listings.

When filling out your application, please print neatly and make sure to complete both sides of the form. Feel free to submit other information you'd like to have considered (resume, copy of a training certificate or license, etc) but be sure to submit copies only, as this information will not be returned to you.
If you are selected to interview for a position, you will be contacted by mail or phone. If you are not selected for an interview, your application will remain active for consideration for a period of six months. Individuals not interviewed will not be contacted regarding the status of their application. KAT does not accept phone calls concerning open positions or applications.
