	Public Hearing to Review Proposed Fare Increase for KAT services Knoxville Area Transit proposed a variety of fare increases to the Knoxville Transit Authority (KTA) at its meeting on September 25, 2008. The board will hold a public hearing on these proposed increases on Thursday, October 23, 2008 at 3:00 p.m. in the City County Building's Main Assembly Room.
