SMARTFIX40 DOWNTOWN CONSTRUCTION
Due to TDOT's SmartFIX40 project involving Hall of Fame Drive, James White Parkway and I-40, there will be ongoing delays and detours throughout the downtown area until sometime in 2008. We will do our best to keep you updated on how these road closures and detours will affect all KAT routes. However, riders should also be aware that occasionally routes may experience extremely temporary detours (several hours, or one day) because of construction work. When this happens, it is not always possible for us to notify riders in advance. When these detours occur, KAT will make every effort to keep as close to the original routing as possible.
For more information on the SmartFIX40 project, including a list of road and lane closures, click the SmartFIX logo below.
