Directions: From I-40, take Alcoa Hwy 129-South exit; take the Neyland Dr. exit; after crossing Kingston Pike, Neyland becomes Concord St.; continue on Concord, crossing railroad tracks; at next traffic light, turn left onto Sutherland Ave.; John Tarlton is approximately .3-mile on the right. Park at the west end of the park. Greenway will begin on Liberty St.

Liberty Street Greenway runs parallel to the west side of Liberty Street. It connects Middlebrook Greenway to the Juvenile Justice Center.

Future plans for the greenway include connecting it to Third Creek Greenway.
