Directions: From downtown Knoxville, take Kingston Pike headed west; turn left onto Northshore Drive at Western Plaza; park is approximately 2 miles on left at Lakeshore Institute.
Lakeshore Greenway is located within the 60-acre Lakeshore Park
and makes a large loop, part of which follows alongside the Tennessee
River. The greenway affords spectacular views of Fort Loudoun Lake
and the sports facility within the park. There are areas on Lakeshore Greenway that are not accessible.
Future connection plans for Lakeshore Park are north to Papermill Bluff Greenway and east to Bearden Village Greenway.
