Relations
Responsibilities include serving as a contact and liaison between community
organizations and the City. Mr. Strickland oversees the City's Affirmative
Action, Title VI, Remedial Action and Citizen Advocate programs. He also
works with other city directors to increase minority employment and participation
in city government.
