About Our Neighborhood
In Westwood there is a tradition of old-fashioned friendliness and participation that defines the quality of life here. Westwood possesses an abundance of trees, shrubs, gardens, birds, and other small wildlife. Surprisingly, this lovely haven is convenient to all sorts of urban conveniences.  Galleries, groceries, shopping and restaurants are all within walking distance.  We are adjacent to the greenway, playgrounds, and Bearden Elementary School, one of the best in Knox County.

The homes of Westwood represent a variety of architectural styles.  The first were built in the 1920’s and ‘30’s.  In the 1940’s and ‘50’s many more homes were built and occupied within the subdivision, and a spirit of community developed that continues today.
