Vision
Time is considered an asset in the West View Community. As a neighborhood, we are a cross section of old and new - the old being character, permanence, and history and the new being the promise and hope of a future. Our future is shaped by the residents that live here and their standard of living. As a community group, we want to set a high standard of living and encourage the residents to do the same.

West View Community Action Group
The West View Community Action Group produces a neighborhood newsletter, West Views and News, on the first Sunday of each month.

Since its formation in 1988, The West View Community Action Group has successfully improved the quality of life in West View through the completion of the following projects:

  • The New West View Park
  • Taking ownership of Crestview Cemetery
  • Successful lobbying for widening of Middlebrook Pike
  • Keeping West View Elementary School open
  • Clean up of Crestview Cemetery
  • Playground equipment at West View Elementary
