About Our Neighborhood The Tecoma Watchdogs Neighborhood Watch covers a small area (about 25 homes) including Tecoma Dr and Emoriland Ave between Clearview St and Orlando St. We are comprised of dedicated, friendly people who are always on the lookout for their neighbors. We are fortunate to have the Arlington Church of Christ on the corner of Clearview St and Tecoma Dr. as part of our neighborhood, where we can conduct our meetings.
