Blighted Property Redevelopment Program
Housing Programs
Community Development
The Community Development Office is currently accepting applications for the Blighted Property Redevelopment Program (BPRP) from developers. The total amount of funding available at this time is $147,434. If you are interested in applying for a BPRP loan, please complete both Part I and Part II of the application. Submission of Part I of the application will provide a basis for Community Development approval as a developer in this program. Part II will provide information about your specific development project. Each eligible project will be scored based on the criteria in the BPRP Guidelines and the highest scoring projects will be funded.

Applications must be submitted no later than September 30, 2013 to be considered for this round of funding.

For more information, please contact the Community Development office at 215-2120.
