FINAL 2007-2008 ACTION PLAN
The 2007-2008 Action Plan, approved by HUD, explains how the Community Development Division will allocate Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME), and Emergency Shelter Grant (ESG) funds during the program year beginning July 1, 2007.
