ESG-CV Round 2 Grant Application Packet

The City of Knoxville received notice on June 9, 2020, from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) that it will be receiving a second allocation of supplemental Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG-CV) funding as part of the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act (CARES Act). These special ESG-CV funds are to be used to prevent, prepare for, and respond to the Coronavirus pandemic (COVID-19) among individuals and families who are homeless or receiving homeless assistance; and to support additional homeless assistance and homelessness prevention activities to mitigate the impacts of COVID-19 (For non-profit organizations only).

Applicants are required to attend a virtual Technical Assistance Workshop. Two workshops will be held and attendance at one is mandatory. The workshops will be held virtually via Zoom (see links below for access) and are scheduled for the following dates:
