UPDATED DEC. 18, 2020: Following the Knox County Board of Health’s recommendations that we all adhere to Safer at Home measures, the City of Knoxville has suspended Holiday’s on Ice at the Knoxville Civic Coliseum for the remainder of this season. We apologize for any inconvenience and wish you all a happy and healthy holiday season.

What happens in case of inclement weather?
The rink is located inside the Coliseum this year so you will be able to skate when it is raining. In the case of icy conditions there may be closures for safety.

Can I bring my own skates?
Yes you can, however, admission prices are the same.

Does the ice rink take credit cards?
Knoxville's Holidays on Ice is now accepting Visa, and MasterCard.

Do you have skates in all sizes?
Yes! We have over 350 pairs of ice skates in all sizes, including some with double-blades for younger children to learn on.

Are there group rates? Can I have a party?
Yes, there are group rates for groups of 20 or more.
This year we will not be able to offer private parties.

Can I bring blankets and chairs?
Yes. Feel free to come and watch your friends and family skate!

Can I bring a camera?
Yes. Not only will you be able to capture your skating memories, but Downtown Knoxville's rich history and beautiful architecture will provide many photo opportunities as well.

Are there any requirements to be able to ice skate?
Yes. Everyone is required to sign a waiver and receive an admission wristband before entering the rink area. Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult who can sign for them or have a waiver that is pre-signed by a parent or guardian.
