CITY GRANTS
Arts and Culture Grant Application [PDF]
Other Non-Profit Agencies Grant Application [PDF]
February 3, 2014

Greetings,

The City of Knoxville is now accepting applications for the Community Agency Grant. Your non-profit organization may apply for a grant if it operates within the City of Knoxville and has been in operation for at least five years.

The FY 2014-2015 Community Agency Grant applications and forms are on the city’s website at www.cityofknoxville.org/citygrants .

There are two (2) different applications. O
ne is for those applying for a grant within the category of Arts and Culture and the other is for all Other Non-Profit Agencies seeking a City grant.

When filling out the application and attachments please complete each part, and limit your responses to the space provided on the form. This information is needed for the decision making process.

Your application must be received by 4:30 p.m. on Monday, March 3, 2014. This deadline is firm. Late applications will not be considered. If hand delivering, please allow 15-20 minutes to park and stop at the security checkpoint.

Having received a Community Agency Grant in the past does not guarantee a grant this year. The current economic situation underlines the tough decisions we must make. We will strive to meet as many requests as possible, but we are committed to fiscal responsibility and prioritizing the needs of Knoxville's citizens. Priority will be given to proposals that contribute to the goals and mission of the City of Knoxville.

If you have any questions about the grant application process, contact me at 865-215-2831 or jackieclay@cityofknoxville.org.

Thank you for all you do to help the citizens of Knoxville.

Sincerely,

Jacqueline Clay
Office of the Mayor
