The Judge's Ruling

After your Court Hearing

A Court Clerk will go over the Court's Orders on your case as explained to you by the Judge in Court, and based on the Judge's written notes on the back of your Citation, including:

  • The Judge's 'Finding' (or Ruling) on each Charge;

  • Details regarding your resulting Court Responsibilities (if any), including Fines/Fees due, license suspension, probation, alternative sentencing, etc..

    If you disagree with that explanation, you will be asked to return to the Courtroom to ask the Judge for 'clarification' on your case.

    You also have the option to APPEAL the Judge's ruling.
