Task Force Members Veenita Bisaria Senior Manager, Strategy and Competitive Intelligence, Tennessee Valley Authority; Undergraduate degree from St. Xavier's College, Ranchi, India, with major in Economics; MBA from the University of Denver; Chartered Financial Analyst; Founding member of the Knoxville Society of Chartered Financial Analysts. Anita Cash City of Knoxville Employee Representative Art Cate Chief Operating Officer for Knoxville Community Development Corporation (KCDC); Trustee, Housing Authority Retirement Trust; Vice-Chair, Tennessee Housing Authority Risk Management; Past President of Tennessee Association of Housing and Redevelopment Agencies; Graduate of University of Tennessee. Gordon Catlett City Police Department Representative Bob Cross, Co-Chair President of the Southeast Region of USI Consulting Group; Undergraduate degree from the University of Tennessee and a Master's Degree in Actuarial Science from Georgia State University. Member of the American Academy of Actuaries and a Fellow of the Conference of Actuaries. Greg Fay General Manager, Clinton Utilities Board; Undergraduate degree with major in Accounting from Carson Newman College. Chair-Elect of the East Tennessee Economic Development Agency. Joe Hackney City Fire Department Representative Denise Moretz, Co-Chair Attorney, Partner at Woolf, McClane, Bright, Allen and Carpenter where she practices primarily in general civic litigation with a focus on products liability and toxic torts; Former President of the Knoxville Bar Association; 2003 graduate of Leadership Knoxville. Barbara Pelot Pension Board Representative Rev. Dr. William Pender Senior Pastor of First Presbyterian Church; Undergraduate degree in Economics from Dartmouth College; Masters in Divinity from Columbia Theological Seminary; PhD from Duke University. H. Frank Shanklin, Jr. Owner, Shanklin & Sons Carpet; Undergraduate degree from Knoxville College; Former probation officer at Helen Ross McNabb Center; Graduate of Leadership Knoxville; Board member of City Industrial Development Board, Habitat for Humanity, Chamber of Commerce and Black Business Contractors Association.
