With an aim to improve relationships with businesses from all sectors, the office interacts with business owners on a variety of issues and helps the City to be more responsive to their needs. The office also heads up the Business Advisory Council, which helps to measure customer satisfaction with City services and advises the office on processes and procedures critical to business development. The Business Advisory Council is composed of a diverse group of business owners and contractors.
