The Mechanical/Gas Board of Adjustment and Appeals holds a meeting once each quarter for the examination of applicants desiring a licenses for installing, repairing and maintaining various energy related equipment/utilities such as:
  • Heating, cooling and ventilation equipment
  • Refrigeration systems
  • Incinerators
  • Mechanical systems
  • Gas piping and appliances
  • Other energy related systems
  • The agenda issued for meetings will be posted in the front area of building inspections, Room 505, one week prior to the meeting.
    Appointment of Board Members
    The seven board members are appointed by the Mayor and serve five year terms.
    Meetings Schedule
    Board meets quarterly on the first Tuesday of the second month of the quarter. All meetings are at 8:30 am in Conference Room 511.
