DOWNTOWN DESIGN REVIEW BOARD
The Downtown Design Review Board's responsibilities are to review and approve public projects, private development plans, and to advise the Mayor, City Council, the Metropolitan Planning Commission and the Historic Zoning Commission on means, incentives and programs to improve downtown design and foster beautification, safety and related public purposes downtown.
Appointment of Board Members
The Board consists of ten members that are appointed by the Mayor and confirmed by City Council. Terms will be for three years after the staggered terms expire.
Meetings Schedule
The Downtown Design Review Board meets on the third Wednesday of the month at 4:00 p.m. in the Small Assembly Room.
