City and County Accepting Nominations for Volunteer Awards

June 13, 2013 - The Knox County and City of Knoxville Parks and Recreation departments have teamed to hold a Volunteer Awards Recognition to thank those individuals who strive to make a difference in our community through recreation.

Nominations can be submitted online at www.surveymonkey.com/s/ParkVolAwards.

Printed nomination forms can be filled out and returned to:

The deadline for nominations is June 30, 2013.

Community volunteer finalists will attend an award ceremony where Knoxville Mayor Madeline Rogero and Knox County Mayor Tim Burchett will be presenting the awards, followed by a reception sponsored by Dick's Sporting Goods.

Please help our outstanding recreation volunteers receive the recognition they deserve by submitting a nomination.
