City Employee Appreciation Picnic and Benefits Fair
October 4, 2012 - On Thursday, Oct. 4 Mayor Madeline Rogero hosted an Employee Appreciation Picnic and Benefits Fair at Mary Costa Courtyard at the Knoxville Civic Coliseum.

Employees enjoyed lunch from Moe's Southwest Grill and popsicles from PopCulture.

Each year friends and co-workers enjoy fellowship and lunch with each other while also visiting over multiple vendors to learn more about benefits available to city employees.

Employees could particpate in health screenings, get free flu shots, dunk their favorite director in the Polar Bear Plunge dunking booth, sign up for free giveaways and door prizes, and more!

This was the 22nd year of the benefits fair.

The event was coordinated by Risk Management and Special Events plus staffs from the Civic Coliseum, Public Service and Parks and Recreation helped with the event.
