Knoxville Area Kroger Stores Offer Zoo Ticket Special
Knoxville ZooSeptember 12, 2012 - The Knoxville Zoo and Knoxville area Kroger stores have partnered to offer a special "Buy One Zoo Ticket, Get One Free" promotion for all Kroger Plus card members.

Beginning Sunday, September 9th through Saturday, September 15th, Kroger Plus Card customers will receive a free single-day admission ticket to Knoxville Zoo with the purchase of one regularly priced ticket. Tickets are valid through December 31, 2012, and can be used any time during regular zoo hours. Kroger Plus Card customers also receive a $5 discount on zoo memberships, which are good for unlimited free admission to the zoo for a full year.

Tickets and memberships are available at all 19 Knoxville area Kroger locations and may be purchased at any checkout or customer service desk. Discounted tickets and memberships may be purchased at participating Kroger stores only, and a valid Kroger Plus Card must be presented at time of purchase. This offer cannot be combined with any other promotion or discount.

Knoxville Zoo is Knoxville's largest year-round attraction. Located off exit 392 from Interstate 40, the zoo is open every day except Christmas Day. Knoxville Zoo is nationally accredited by the Association of Zoos and Aquariums (AZA) and is committed to the highest standards in animal care and well-being, ethics, conservation, and education. Currently, the zoo is open Monday through Friday from 9:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 9:30 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. Admission and ticket sales stop one-hour before the zoo closes.
