PBS Kids Presents The Cat in the Hat at Knoxville Zoo
Knoxville ZooMarch 9, 2011 - The Cat in the Hat, star of the PBS Kids "The Cat in the Hat Knows a Lot About That!™" program, will be making a special appearance at Knoxville Zoo on Saturday, March 12, from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.

Visitors can meet the most famous Dr. Seuss character of all and pose for photos with The Cat in the Hat himself at the Encounter Village stage. Little visitors can also participate in fun Seussical-inspired activities, too!

"The Cat in the Hat Knows a Lot About That™" series builds on children's curiosity about the natural world and each episode takes them on an adventure to make their own discoveries. The series also encourages kids to visit their local libraries, science museums, aquariums, parks and zoos to continue their science explorations. "The Cat in the Hat Knows a Lot About That™" can be seen six days a week on East Tennessee PBS.
