Check Presentation Ceremony at Victor Ashe Park Sept. 7

Victor Ashe Park September 3, 2010 - The public is invited to be a part of a check presentation ceremony on Tuesday, September 7, 2010 at 10:30 a.m. at Victor Ashe Park on 4901 Bradshaw Rd. Former Ambassador Victor Ashe will present a check to the City of Knoxville for $50,000 to go toward the purchase of a five-acre property that will be added to Victor Ashe Park. The property is located on the corner of Ball Camp Pike and Bradshaw Rd. This event is open to the public.
