Community Development Department Releases Draft Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report

Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report [PDF] September 16, 2009 - A draft of the City of Knoxville’s Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) became available for citizen review and comment for a period of fifteen days beginning September 15, 2009. The report describes how the City of Knoxville expended Community Development Block Grant, HOME Investment Partnerships Act, and Emergency Shelter Grant funding received from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development during the fiscal year that ended June 30, 2009. The report is available on the City’s web-site at www.cityofknoxville.org/development . The draft report will also be mailed to interested parties upon request by calling Tammy Hicks in the Community Development Department at 215-2120.
