City of Knoxville Delinquent Property Tax Auction
Tax Sale Process
List of Properties [PDF]
July 24, 2009 - The City will hold a Delinquent Property Tax Auction on Tuesday, August 4th in the Large Assembly Room at the City County Building.

A total of 112 properties are scheduled to be auctioned during this tax sale. This includes a mix of commercial and residential properties and most do not contain a structure. Prospective buyers are encouraged to research the properties before the auction.

The properties that are being auctioned have been delinquent for at least three years.

Information about the individual properties that are available, as well as the tax sale process, can be obtained at http://www.cityofknoxville.org/ptax/taxsale.asp. The properties are listed under the heading Proposed Tax Sale 7B Properties. Click here to view a list of the properties in a [PDF] file.

Interested parties may also access the information by going to the city's website, www.cityofknoxville.org and searching under the Department of Finance & Accountability. There is a heading "City Departments" on the left side of the page.
