Tour Six Historic Homes on April 18
April 13, 2009 - Historic Homes of Knoxville will present historic home tours featuring two routes including six of the public house museums in Knox County.

Each three-hour bus tour route will be offered on Saturday, April 18, at 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.

Each bus will have a tour guide who will discuss additional points of interest, history and famous landmarks in and around Knoxville.

Buses will depart from Market Square.
Route A features Blount Mansion, the Mabry-Hazen House, and Crescent Bend.

Route B includes James White's Fort, the Ramsey House, and Marble Springs.

This tour is by reservation only. Reservations for the tours are $20 person and may be purchased through Blount Mansion, 865-525-2375.
