Knoxville Transportation Authority to Hold Workshop
Knoxville Transportation Authority
March 12, 2009 - The Knoxville Transportation Authority will hold a workshop on Tuesday, March 17th at 3:00 p.m. at O'Connor Senior Center, 611 Winona Street. The public is invited to attend.

The topics for the workshop include the following:

  • A discussion of the Knoxville Transportation Authority powers and duties, and its relationship to Knoxville Area Transit

  • The KAT Transit Development Plan survey results and recommendations, presented by consultants from The Corradino Group

  • A timeline for changes related to the opening of Knoxville Station

  • Stimulus Funding

  • A discussion of proposed route and schedule changes for Saturday service
