City's 2008 New Year's Schedule

December 30, 2008 - City of Knoxville offices will be closed Thursday, January 2nd in observance of the New Year's holiday.

Waste Connections, the city's household garbage collector will pick up garbage on their normal schedule, Thursday, January 1st, New Years Day.

The downtown trash collection will pick up garbage on their normal schedule, Thursday, January 1st, New Years Day.

The city's recyclling centers will be open on Thursday, New Years Day.

The City's Solid Waste Management Facility located at 1033 Elm Street will be closed Thursday, New Years Day but will be open Friday and Saturday on their normal schedule.
