Free Movies at Haley Heritage Square
June 21, 2007 - KAATCH, (The Knoxville African American Tours of Cultural Heritage) presents the Haley Heritage Summer Movie Classics at Morningside Park beginning June 23, 2007 at 5pm.
The Summer Movies will air once monthly through the entire summer, and the cost to the public is absolutely FREE!

The first event is themed "The Old Skool Soul Jam"! There will be fun-filled activities including a Costume Contest featuring your own Funkadelic Fashions, a Boogie Down Dance Contest, a Hoola Hoop Contest, and much more!

There will be food, fun and games, and DJ Science Omega will be there spinning some of your favorite Old Skool Jamz! The Movie for this Old Skool Soul Jam will be none other than that Award Winning Hit, DREAMGIRLS!!!

This event promises to be fun for the entire Family! Bring your chairs, your umbrellas, and your dancin' shoes and come out and have some FUN at the HALEY HERITAGE SUMMER MOVIE CLASSICS, featuring THE OLD SKOOL SOUL JAM, Saturday, June 23rd, at 5pm.

The movie will begin promptly at dusk. Don't Miss Out!!!
