Mayor's Walking Tour in West View
Mayor's Walking Tour
September 27, 2006 - Mayor Bill Haslam will do a Walking Tour of the West View Community beginning at 5:00 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 28.

The Mayor and City staff will start in the parking lot of the West View Methodist Church at 3224 Joyce Avenue, go east and turn right on Fay Street, turn left on Browning, turn left on Waycross, turn left on Denison, turn right on Loraine, and turn left on Joyce and back to the church. It will take about 30-40 minutes and the mayor will also be available for a short period after the walk is completed.

Walking Tours are designed to be a convenient way for residents to talk with the Mayor about their neighborhood and city government. Staff whose duties are directly related to police and fire protection, neighborhood codes enforcement, traffic engineering and other services also attend.
