Public input sought on community development projects
Community Development Division
April 2, 2006 - A meeting is scheduled for 2:30 p.m. Thursday, April 13 at the L.T. Ross Building, 2247 Western Ave., for community members to give City staff input about how federal funding should be used for community development, housing, and homelessness projects for upcoming fiscal year.

Comments will also be taken about proposed changes to the projects and activities the City is performing during the current fiscal year.

The meeting is part of the City of Knoxville Community Development Division's creation of its 2006 Annual Plan, which includes projects and activities from July 2006 through June 2007 that address housing, infrastructure, service, and other community needs identified in the 2005-2009 Consolidated Plan.

For more information contact Marcy Griffin at 865-215-2120 or by email at mgriffin@cityofknoxville.org.
