Mayor Haslam at Lonsdale Elementary School on Feb. 7

Mayor's Tour Info January 17, 2006 - Mayor Bill Haslam will host his monthly Listening Tour at Lonsdale Elementary School on Tuesday, Feb. 7. The mayor will meet individually with residents beginning at 5 p.m. to hear their comments, suggestions and concerns about City services. "The Listening Tour is a convenient way for residents to let me know how city government is responding to their needs and what we can do to make those services even better," Mayor Haslam said. In addition to speaking with Mayor Haslam, residents will also have the opportunity to meet with city officials whose duties are directly related to police and fire protection, codes enforcement, traffic engineering and other services. Lonsdale Elementary School is located at 1317 Louisiana Ave. The Listening Tour will be in the school's cafeteria. Handicapped parking and an entrance is located in the rear of the school, and is accessible from Burnside Drive.
