Grant Applications Deadline March 5

February 17, 2004 - The city of Knoxville is accepting grant applications now through March 5 from non-profit organizations.

Non-profit organizations that have operated within the city for at least five years are eligible to apply. Two or more organizations may apply in partnership, but one agency must be designated as the applicant.

A committee will review the applications and award grant dollars, which will be limited this year as the city is working within a tight budget. No guarantee exists that because you received a grant in the past that one will be awarded this year, and no guarantee exists that grants will always be available.

Directions and applications are available online, but should be mailed to the city at the address provided. For additional information, please contact Kim Scarborough at 215-2104.
