The free festival begins at 2 p.m. and ends at approximately 10 p.m. at the conclusion of the fireworks display.

Throughout the day festival goers will be treated to good music, good food, good fun and good times on the South and North lawns of the Worlds' Fair Park.

Starting at 8 p.m., the Knoxville Symphony Orchestra will begin the 27th Annual Pilot Independence Day Concert on the World’s Fair Park’s South Lawn. The two-hour show features the KSO performing a mix of patriotic and Americana pieces. Conducted by KSO Musical Director Lucas Richman, this medley will be the perfect accompaniment to the fireworks spectacular.

Fireworks start at 9:35 p.m. The fireworks display can be easily seen from the World's Fair Park and even from boat locations at Volunteer Landing.
